On October 24, 2024, Vinhthinh Biostadt Company held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony with UPL Group at Melia Resort, Ho Tram with more than 40 agents distributing Vinhthinh Biostadt's agricultural products participating.

At the strategic cooperation signing ceremony, the representatives of the two companies, Mr. Nguyen Tran Nghiem Cung - Chairman of the Board of Directors - General Director of Vinhthinh Biostadt Company and Mr. Panda Tanaya Ranjan - General Director of UPL Company signed a strategic cooperation agreement between the two parties. Specifically, Vinhthinh Biostadt Company will exclusively distribute the Complesal Boron foliar fertilizer product line and the Unitox 5EC synthetic Chrysanthemum insecticide product. In addition, Vinhthinh Biostadt Company will co-distribute with UPL Company some other products such as: Comite 73EC, Metsy 20WG, Tarang 280SL, Caral 95SP, Kasumin 2L……. At the same time, both companies will coordinate to organize seminars and conferences to share experiences, exchange knowledge, and improve the capacity of technical staff to guide farmers to cultivate according to the process of “Reducing costs – Maximizing profits”.


 
The strategic cooperation agreement is the basis for the two sides to jointly develop a detailed cooperation plan to effectively exploit the resources and advantages of both sides to achieve the set goals. At the ceremony, the leaders of the two units expressed their joy and belief that the signing of the memorandum of cooperation will open up opportunities for the development of both sides and proposed that after the cooperation agreement is signed.
